Cancellations & Refunds

Registration cancellations or revisions must be submitted in writing by email to registration@housing.ubc.ca. Cancellations received on or before March 25th receive a full refund minus a $35 administration fee. Cancellations received between March 25th and April 25th will be refunded at 50% plus a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 25th, 2024.

  • All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include 5% Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • All registrations are subject to the conference Terms and Conditions.
  • Payment is made through out secure online payment gateway via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
